Our Story

After 10 years traveling the world on a budget, my husband and I often reflect on our favorite memories. Many of our highlights included staying unique properties and immerseing ourselves with local hosts. Fast forward a decade, we've thoughtfully created KC Container to help curate others' memorable experiences in our city & bring joy to travelers via the small details: local coffee, our favorite spots around town, a small momento to take home, and attention to detail. Whether you’re traveling solo, with family and/or friends, our cozy Urban Oasis is the perfect place to start and end your adventure. There is something for everyone in Kansas City - an incredible culture, world renowned BBQ, a historic jazz scene, champion sporting events, unique local shops, top-tier museums and more.
